  8. Boil 3 c water
  9.      1 t salt
  10.  
  11. add  1 c stone ground corn meal
  12.  
  13. cook several minutes,
  14.  
  15. stir in
  16.      3 T chopped fresh dill
  17.      4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  18.  
  19. Serve topped with tomato sauce,
  20. adjusted as follows:
  21.   To 1 c tomato sauce add the
  22.   juice of 1/2 lemon plus
  23.   fresh ground black pepper.

  25. This recipe comes from "Blue Corn and Chocolate,"
  26. a great cook book featuring New World ingredients
  27. (corn, pumpkin, tomatoes, peanuts, chocolate, vanilla)
